Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless organic chicken thighs
  • 2 TBS minced garlic
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 medium lime juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Add more cayenne pepper if you like more heat, this dish is very mild.
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon May use nutmeg instead
  • 2 TB minced ginger May use 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 TB chopped cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a glass casserole dish and add chicken thighs.
  • Marinade for 2-8 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked to 165 degrees. Remove from the grill and serve with tzatziki sauce, may top with chopped cilantro.
