Grilled Turmeric Chicken Thighs
Healthy and easy grilled turmeric chicken thighs

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless organic chicken thighs
- 2 TBS minced garlic
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 medium lime juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Add more cayenne pepper if you like more heat, this dish is very mild.
- 1/4 tsp cardamon May use nutmeg instead
- 2 TB minced ginger May use 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 TB chopped cilantro optional
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass casserole dish and add chicken thighs.
- Marinade for 2-8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side until cooked to 165 degrees. Remove from the grill and serve with tzatziki sauce, may top with chopped cilantro.
