I was the caterpillar, 50 years old, divorced, single, unhappy in my career, and stuck in a huge house I couldn’t maintain……In 2019, I started the Keto Diet and quickly lost 40 pounds, 20 inches of fat, saggy skin, and wrinkles….. I simply ate two healthy meals a day….. A super salad for a late lunch, and a lean protein and veggie for dinner…… I would also do 30 minutes of cardio a day and started strength training……. I eat 7-10 cups of Keto veggies a day which fills me up, healthy fats, and lean protein….. I weigh 130 pounds at 5′ 6″ so I eat 60 grams of protein a day ( one gram of protein per kg of weight).

The Keto Way of Life transformed my Life…… I moved to Nashville, built a beautiful home by the lake, started a small business, became a personal trainer, met a whole new group of friends, and a happy relationship at last….. Do I get hungry?? Yes, but I know I can get through a couple hours each morning and that the hunger won’t last, it has no Power over me…… I savor a hot beverage, take deep breathes, stretch, and focus on my work…… Do I crave unhealthy foods?? Thankfully, all cravings have gone away, but were very strong when I started two years ago…….. Would I rather binge watch Netflix than exercise?
