- Processed foods such as chips, crackers, cookies, cup cakes, candy, donuts, etc….
- Any form of sugar or honey
- Any foods containing white flour, or any forms of flour except for almond flour
- Any form of soda, gator aide, or sports drinks
- Fruit juices
- Beans and lentils
- Fruit
- Canned soups, sauces, and packaged foods ( such as mac and cheese)
- Fried foods with breading
- Pizza
- Fast food
- Beer
- Starchy vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash
- Dried fruits
- Peanut butter, almond butter, nutella
- Ice cream
- All forms of bread
- All forms of pasta
- All forms of rice
- Quinoa
