  • Canned soups, sauces, and packaged foods ( such as mac and cheese)
  • Fried foods with breading
  • Pizza
  • Fast food
  • Beer
  • Starchy vegetables such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash
  • Dried fruits
  • Peanut butter, almond butter, nutella
  • Ice cream
  • All forms of bread
  • All forms of pasta
  • All forms of rice
  • Quinoa
