Turkey Avocado Burgers

These yummy, turkey burgers are really easy to make and an inexpensive way to feed your family on a budget!! I use almond flour to keep them gluten free, but saltine cracker crumbs could be substituted if you do not have almond flour. Almond flour, eggs, avocado, flax seed, and turkey are all testosterone boosting and part of the Mediterranean Keto diet…. Each burger has 30 grams of protein and you can make a double portion of burgers to keep in the fridge for a healthy, high protein pre or post work-out meal!!
