Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Shape into large meatballs, then flatten, may need to add more almond flour.
- Sauté' in a fry pan in 2-3 TBs of olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until brown.
- Will keep in the fridge, store in a storage bag, microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Are really yummy with Sriracha mayo!!
