Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp tarragon

Method
 

  1. Slice the head of cauliflower into thirds. Save the leftover pieces for a roasted veggie mix. Make sure each piece is large enough to grill without falling apart.
    Keto Grilled Cauliflower Steaks
  2. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, lemon, salt, oregano, basil, and tarragon and baste the cauliflower steaks. Grill the cauliflower steaks 5 minutes per each side until browned on low heat, keep basting during the cooking process.
  3. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or chives.
