- Slice the head of cauliflower into thirds. Save the leftover pieces for a roasted veggie mix. Make sure each piece is large enough to grill without falling apart.

- Mix the olive oil with the garlic, lemon, salt, oregano, basil, and tarragon and baste the cauliflower steaks. Grill the cauliflower steaks 5 minutes per each side until browned on low heat, keep basting during the cooking process.

- Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or chives.
