- Mix olive oil, one lemon juiced and zested and all of the spices in a oven proof casserole dish. Add the chicken legs and marinade for 2-8 hours, but not longer than 24 hours. Keep refrigerated.

- Bake the chicken legs in the marinade in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes, until completley cooked.
- Grill the chicken legs for 5 minutes on each side until nicely brown at medium heat.
